But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

It was easy to get hold of them and they always gave me regular updates.<br><br>They were all very keen to promote and sell my property and Josh led the team very well. I would happily recommend to anyone looking to sell their house in the local area, and beyond.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication<br>I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.<br>When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.<br>Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.<br>However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.<br>I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.<br>I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.<br>Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.

Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.<br><br>Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.

The process was marked by poor communication, disorganisation and conflicting information from different members of staff. We were repeatedly given assurances that turned out not to be accurate, and important information was either missed or communicated far too late.<br><br>The situation ultimately fell apart shortly before our planned move, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of accountability or clear explanation from Portico throughout the process.<br><br>A year on, this still stands out as one of the most poorly handled experiences we've had with a letting agent. I would strongly recommend getting everything confirmed in writing and not relying on verbal assurances.

She was incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process of finding my new rental apartment. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a lovely place that I’m really happy with. Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.

Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
