Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. The manager and her staff team are excellent, always so friendly and approachable. I will certainly be using them when purchasing my next house. What a team.....!!

27th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)We have been coming to Suffolk and the southwold area for years...but stayed in our campervan...but for different reasons we wanted to stay in a cottage and within easy access to southwold town...durrants was so helpful from start to finish of our stay....just at the other end of the phone and office in town also if you needed anything...and lovely friendly staff....thank you ????

We genuinely appreciate their professionalism and are very happy in our new home!

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive. Rebecca Jade Stuart and Connor were always on hand to answer any questions about any queries we had I would highly recommend them as Estate Agents and there professionalism.

19th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.
