From start to finish, Abbey was brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as sorting out our life insurance and buildings and contents insurance.<br><br>She was incredibly open during all of our discussions, clearly laying out every single option available so we could make the best choices for our situation. Her approach is the perfect balance of friendly and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly easy.<br><br>No matter what questions we threw at her, Abbey had an answer ready. We couldn't have asked for better support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth, transparent, and expert service!
20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)From start to finish, Pennington were fantastic and stress free.<br><br>The initial viewing with Robert was a pleasure, he was very informative and answered every question we had accurately.<br>We left the property after viewing and immediately felt like we were satisfied and happy.<br><br>Throughout the application process, Jemma was very patient and helpful. The platform Pennington uses is efficient, seamless and made reference checks and applying for the property effortless.<br><br>Once this was done, we had our move in date. We went to their office to pick up the keys, Joe was there to hand us our keys and answered any questions we had in a friendly and professional manner.<br>Clare introduced herself as our property manager and made us aware of a maintenance repair that was booked in at the building the property resides in ahead of time.<br><br>The whole experience was pleasant, effortless and the team at Pennington have been friendly and professional throughout.<br><br>Thanks.
15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. They have dealt with every issue promptly and professionally, they are supportive not only to the landlord but to all tenants with equal fairness. If you communicate with them properly, pay your rent on time and keep the property in good condition you will find that renting through them was a wise decision. As a former lettings negotiator for several companies I can find no fault with this agent and highly recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. They were consistently friendly, highly professional, and genuinely supported us through every single stage of the sale and move.<br><br>They went above and beyond, even chasing up solicitors on our behalf to keep everything moving smoothly and reduce our stress. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work. I would absolutely use Keystone again in a heartbeat!
