One thing that has stood out is how well any issues or requests are handled through the ticket system. It feels organised, professional, and it’s easy to keep track of progress. Justin was very helpful from the start, showing us the house, sorting out the paperwork, and making sure everything went smoothly when we moved in. Since then, the team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.
2nd May 2026 (6 days ago)We have used Clarke and Simpson a number of times over the decades and they have consistently provided an outstanding customer focused service. I can honestly say that without them, in this case Stuart Clarke, I think we might still be waiting to exchange contracts on our recent purchase.. As someone who has sold and purchased using their services, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are proper old school.

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Don't even waste your time. Viewed a house on Monday. Asked for an application for it. Did not come through so chased it. Eventually came through on Tuesday, so filled it out and sent it in. Then told on Wednesday that it had been rented. Turns out they did not wait for my application, even though they knew it was coming. Just presented the first one they got to the landlord, who no doubt acepted it because he thought it was the only one. Since when has renting been a race and the winner is whoever gets the application in first. Waste of my time.
10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)My case was a lengthy one as there were works required following surveys and the team at Harris and Wood were always in contact, offering support and advice throughout. They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. 5th May 2026 (3 days ago)Keystone have yet again been amazing estate agents to use to sell our property! We felt well informed during the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Jonathan came and talked to us at length about putting our house on the market, gave us useful advice when offering (and being rejected a few times) on our now new home. Danny kept us in the loop when doing viewings, gave feedback and always let us know when we could return home again! Sally has been brilliant at the end of our many phone calls, particularly in the last couple of weeks before exchange. She seemed to be doing the work of the whole chain right at the end. We are so grateful to her for being persistent, making many phone calls, sending emails and not just sitting tight waiting for solicitors to talk to one another! We feel that our stressful week last week would have been a whole lot worse without her on our side and not giving up! Otherwise we probably still would be waiting for exchange/completion dates. Thank you so much Sally and all at Keystone for everything you have done for us ??????
