On both occasions, I found the team to be extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional. They are reliable and true to their word; whenever they say they will do something, they follow through. It has been a great pleasure working with both Abdullah and Nazir. I can clearly see why Ace Properties has been successfully operating for so many years.

I know the staff and they know me, no changes which makes a real difference. Recently I sold a property too and David and his Team were completely on the ball. They are a local, family owned agent, that makes a huge difference. They know the market, the area and you can trust their integrity and judgement. Thank you Thorps for making a very stressful process manageable.

1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I lived at one of Nav's property for 4 years. And I literally felt like living in my own flat as there was no typical landlord pressure or presence from him. Not only he was transparent and fair when moving in but also when moving out. If anything goes wrong at the flat, he was always able to sort things out immediately and have always been available whenever you call or text. If i ever again looking to rent, i would definitely be going into one of his properties.
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

House sold within timescales and got kept me informed of all stages viabthere app which is an excellent bit of kit to monitor the progress of the sale amd see viewing feedback.
