5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Bought my first home used these for my mortgage advisors and honestly made the whole thing stress free for me, they was patient with me aswell as I was speaking to one of there workers for 6 years and he was so nice explained everything to me really well his name is Owen Eastwood I would recommend this place to anyone planning to buy a house and would give it a 10 star if I could because he made this journey so easy for me

The property was sold as “searches ready”, which made the buying process very smooth and straightforward. To be honest, the only delay during the process was due to a delay with our mortgage offer. But Sammie was always there, supportive and professional. I would especially like to thank Sammie here for all her help and support. We really can’t recommend them enough!

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

House was sparkling clean upon arrival and we have settled in very nicely thanks to Helen and her team. I would highly reccomend the whole Team at Monopoly in Denbigh.
