5th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

17th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Stepping Stones has sold 2 of my property's with success. A great team that keep the vendor updated. Excellent local knowledge and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as opposed to others I've used.
2nd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We had a very pleasant experience with the estate agent and the staff. They kept me updated on the progress of the viewings and the feedback from the viewers. We find them very helpful.

22nd Aug 2019 (6 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.
7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Communication was great. They arranged the viewings really well and did not give me pointless updates (which I’ve had from previous agents).
20th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Saltsmans have been very good from start to finish always keeping me updated on what was going on with my property and how many viewings was being booked in . You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.
19th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

19th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)Tom was so helpful with selling our house, from valuation to completion. He made sure to take our wants and needs into account and was really helpful chasing up solicitors near to completion. I thoroughly recommend him.

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
