However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Terrible service.<br>Had 2 viewings with them around the city and had rushed through them in minutes. Little to no conversation or explanation of the properties.<br>For one property we were left to wonder around the<br>building on our own because the agent had to do another viewing. Walking around a new building, without any access , felt like we were trying to break in.<br>Just not a great way to show people around and a total showcase of disinterest.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I visited the office to return my keys. While signing paperwork, I overheard three members of staff mocking a family who had just left. The family were not native English speakers and had complained that the property they were due to move into was too dirty to occupy as planned.<br><br>Hearing staff ridicule customers for raising concerns about the cleanliness of their new home was deeply unprofessional. As a white bystander, I also felt the mocking had a racial undertone. The incident left me with a very poor impression of how this agency treats its customers.<br><br>I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The responsiveness of the team, the ease of engagement, and the treatment so far have been satisfactory. It's been a jolly ride.<br><br>Isabella Halsall has also been an excellent agent. The professionalism and thoughtfulness behind her actions is amazing. I also appreciate how swift she is in responding to concerns and resolving all the issues.
30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)So far as selling houses go I was immediately convinced that Curtis Law Estate Agents was the company to instruct to sell my property. From meeting the Estate Agent at the valuation stage. There enthusiasm and knowledge of the area convinced me it was the right choice to work with them.<br>Especially good communication on a weekly basis gave me the confidence that I was in good hands.<br>I developed a good working relationship with Dannielle the branch Manager.<br>Safe to say it was really seamless process and affordable charges allowed me not to worry about a thing.<br>I was that impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, that I instructed Curtis Law to do the conveyancing for me as well.<br>All round good experience.

From the very beginning of the sale of our house right through to completion, the service we received was exceptional.<br><br>The whole team was professional, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, incredibly supportive throughout what can be a very stressful process. They kept us informed at every stage, responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond to keep everything moving smoothly.<br><br>Their knowledge of the local market, attention to detail and commitment to their clients really stood out. We always felt that we were in safe hands and that they genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>Selling a house can be a stressful experience, but thanks to this team, we felt supported and reassured throughout. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I had to wait 3 hours for them to hand over the keys because they said they were doing the inventory and cleaning. When I finally got to the flat, it was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re absolutely disgusting. I moved in on Monday, 12th October, and the house was dirty then and it’s STILL dirty to this day. They literally do nothing about it. The kitchen is absolutely filthy. My sister and I had to clean up our bedrooms just so we could sleep comfortably. Like, how disgusting is that?! I don’t even use the bathroom because it’s so dirty. We had to clean one of them ourselves just so we could shower and stuff. I can’t even cook because the kitchen is so disgusting, so I’ve been eating out EVERY SINGLE DAY since 12th October!!! I regret moving here so much

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I had to arrange my tenancy in Bristol while I was still overseas, which made everything a little more complicated because of the time difference. Jay replied whenever he could and made sure the important questions were answered before I committed to the property. It made the whole process feel much more manageable.

I was genuinely interested in a property at Snow Hill Wharf and made it clear that I needed to make a decision quickly because I was viewing other apartments.<br>I was told that the agency was having difficulty arranging access for an in-person viewing and that I would be kept updated as developments occurred. I also specifically asked whether the landlord could be flexible on the move-in date because of the delay, and I was told they simply did not know.<br>I later discovered myself that the property had been marked as Let Agreed on Rightmove, without anyone from the agency bothering to update me.<br>Properties move quickly and I understand that another tenant may be chosen, but leaving an interested applicant waiting while progressing the property elsewhere, after promising to keep them informed, is poor communication and very unprofessional.<br>Based on my experience, I would not rely on this agency for clear or timely communication.<br><br>Part 2, my dear...<br>Your response is a remarkable example of how to turn a legitimate customer complaint into an exercise in avoiding accountability.<br>What you failed to mention publicly is that, on 5 October, Patrick Backos contacted me by email about this review. He acknowledged that communication from your side had been unsatisfactory, apologised, admitted your agency had fallen short, and asked me to consider removing my negative review because he felt it did not fairly reflect your service.<br>I declined, and stand by that decision. Your public response now disputes the very communication failure your representative had already acknowledged privately. Which version should prospective customers believe: the private apology or the public claim that my criticism is unfair?<br>Pierre explicitly told me twice in writing that he would keep me updated as developments occurred. I have the WhatsApp conversation to prove it. The property becoming Let Agreed was not a minor development; it was the most important update an interested applicant could receive. Yet nobody informed me. I discovered it myself on Rightmove.<br>Your explanation that you cannot individually contact every prospective tenant is irrelevant. I expected your agent to honour the commitment he personally made. The fact that the property was let through another agency, as Patrick explained, changes nothing. Your inability to secure access, arrange a viewing or communicate the outcome was not my responsibility.<br>Your agency had time to contact me to request removal of a negative review, but not to tell me that the property I was actively enquiring about was unavailable. That says more about your priorities than any one-star review.<br>A professional agency would acknowledge the criticism and improve. Instead, you have disputed an experience your own representative had apologised for. Customers are entitled to leave honest reviews, including negative ones, to inform future customers rather than protect a company’s preferred image.I have retained the relevant WhatsApp messages and email correspondence supporting everything stated here....My review will remain exactly where it is. Your response, together with your private admission of poor communication and request to remove my review, has only reinforced my original opinion.Perhaps next time a customer raises a legitimate concern, your priority should be improving the service rather than persuading them to remove evidence of their experience.<br>??????
