6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. There were a few complications with my application, and Helen went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge and professionalism were clear throughout, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free — especially as we were moving from abroad. 20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Matthew and the team successfully dealt with the sale of two houses for our family in 2025. Matthew initially offered advice as to pricing strategy as well as going above and beyond to help with our buying choice which was outside of the agency's geographical area. Both sales included some tricky negotiations at times which were dealt with calmly using Matthew's longstanding experience . He took time to explain options to us and was always pleasant and diplomatic with all parties concerned, despite some difficulties with each sale caused by over enthusiastic potential purchasers. I would thoroughly recommend Tayler and Fletcher.

Being from outside the area and traveling excessively internationally for work could have made it a very difficult process, but their help, guidance, flexibility and understanding were extremely helpful. No question was too stupid and believe me I had lots of stupid questions! Would definitely recommend.

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.
29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was great throughout the process — they were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage. Radnor Martin did everything they could to help the sale go through smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
