11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.
4th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)Communication very poor, obviously don’t talk to one another in the office had surveyors turning up and accompanied and unknown to me that they were coming whilst the people were very kind and friendly. I feel they need to work on their communication weekly auto generated reports very good personal communication. Very very poor also found them very difficult to contact numerous phone calls with no reply.

1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Graeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!

They sold our property within 3 weeks of going on sale, even within a difficult economic period. Photography was excellent and thorough.<br><br>We would strongly recommend Jacob and Orchid, we were extremely happy with the service.

Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years.
