16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Chancellors were solid throughout my first house purchase. The process is long and stressful by design (thanks, UK property market), but the team were responsive, communicative, and didn't do the thing where they ghost you for two weeks then act surprised you followed up. One specific thing that stood out: they marked the property as sold on all the portals as soon as my offer was accepted. Sounds minor, but I'd had another agent refuse to do this during a previous purchase attempt, which left the door open for competing offers. Chancellors just... did it, without being asked. That kind of small thing tells you a lot about how an agent actually operates. Would use them again. Genuinely.

Lincoln in particular was always available to answer questions and gave great advice throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. A very smooth process and the whole staff work so hard to make it smooth . We felt that not only did they sell the house but they were totally approachable and able to answer any questions we had and offer various support through different processes . We would like to thank them for all their work, support and help. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to sell their property. If we ever sell again we wouldn’t hesistate to go with them again . Thank you .

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)The lettings team at Savills Oxford Summertown, in particular, Rosie De Keyser , and the property management team, in particular Charlotte Nugent and Isla Howell-Bayes, were amazing in the process of letting my property and now managing it. They found me great tenants, walked alongside me through the process of getting flat ready for rental so smoothly, and I can honestly say I sleep easy knowing that they are managing the property. As a non-resident landlady, it is so important to have agents that I can trust and rely on. Thank you so much and Bless you, Rosie, Charlotte and Isla

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)We found the branch very organised and helpful. The company has a good communication system that keeps you up-to-date with developments. Once we found a buyer, they seemed eager to get the deal settle regardless of the low offer. This left us wondering why pay a higher commission when any other estate agency would have sold the property too for a much lower asking price. Anyway, we sold the property and it was all trouble free.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!- 8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Maxine is amazing! We had so many issues with selling my house with another agent, and we moved over to Breckon & Breckon and Maxine took us on, made the whole experience seamless, arranging new photos, listing the property with all of the attributes that had been forgotten and did us proud. She was so helpful and answered all our questions, quickly, and really helped to push the whole process along when we got the sale. She honestly was a godsend helping us with advice, and being so accommodating with everything we needed. We cannot thank her enough, we had a such a smooth sale and process, we would recommend Breckon & Breckon and Maxine in particular to anyone selling any property in the Bicester area!
