10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)We have been with Swindon Homes for 15 years. They acted as our agents in letting our property for all those years and helped us to sell it when the time came. We received great service from Sam, Simon and Steve from beginning to end. They are a great team.
11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We were bombarded with forms to fill in and identification processes to go through, then nothing. No communication, no explanations of what would happen and when. Then, unannounced another company ask us for ID, and they turn out to be the auctioneers, although we werent told who would be auctioning the property. Then we had this dreadful document full of questions none of us knew the answers to, and the sort of questions that conveyancing solicitors used to do for the client. The whole thing was a shambles.
29th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Great experience, kept me updated continuously. Have moved several times over the years and these guys undoubtedly are the best, absolutely no complaints. What you expect from an estate agent but don’t usually get.

8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very good sales work and handling of viewings. Once we had a buyer the progressor was giving us updates better than our solicitor but did go quiet as some points. Overall I would certainly recommend Richard James.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Ashley of EweMove was helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic from day one. Everything he said would happen, did. We sold in 5 weeks after lots of viewings and interest. Just how the property was advertised on Rightmove was different in terms of pictures and description. The property had previously been on the market with multiple Agents for 100+ weeks.

George and Craig were friendly, personable, and it really felt like they wanted to sell my house for me, not just for themselves. Heidi and Hollie in the office were also fantastic – always helpful and quick to respond if I needed anything.
6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)CBSlade already had a buyer lined up for my house. It sold very quickly, I was told it was with a cash buyer. After about 6-8 weeks I hadn't heard anything I contacted Slade only to be told he was now looking for a mortgage. I was never kept up to date I always had to chase him. I felt like CBSlade didn't care about the sale of my house he only wanted to keep the Builder happy who was buying my house. This particular builder buys and sells through CBSlade so he was always looked after NOT ME. From the day the builder said he would have my house until we completed took 8 months. Far too long. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT

8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the communication between Paul from the Cleckheaton Branch and myself, he talked me through everything and was available when I needed questions answered, I was updated at all times of prospective buyers of my property and of course helped to guide me through the sale which I was grateful for.
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)3 messages and 4 days later and the rental team has still not returned my call. Easier to get hold of the lord above himself!

15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Strakers Chippenham are extremely competent. They are a very traditional estate agent which is a good thing when going through the stresses of selling your home. We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.

26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We cannot rate Waymark highly enough for their complete professional service throughout the whole selling process.The pictures were outstanding and Yas really captured each selling point of our house, showing it for the family home that it truly was, so much so that our house sold within the first few weeks. Viewings were a breeze and the communication was superb. Yas was on hand at all times and made the process seamless for us, despite there being some struggles along the way which were out of our hands. She is an exceptional estate agent who has thorough knowledge of the market and is an absolute joy to work with. If you are thinking of selling your property then these are the guys to go to! Five stars from us. Thank you so much Yas, if we ever sell again we won’t hesitate in coming back to you guys!

8th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
