They had a solid understanding of the local market their advice on pricing and timing helped attract good buyers quickly especially given the current market (mid 2025). We thought their photography contractor did a great job also. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Maisie’s and team kept us informed at each step, promptly answered all queries and made sure the closing process went smoothly. We would happily recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking to sell their home in the Wandsworth area.

22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Credential has been the lettings agency that let and subsequently arranged the full management of my house in Tooting , London . The helpful and friendly staff at Credential let and managed this property for myself and my family for over 13 years . During this time the management of the property was handled professionally and I had no need to worry about the house . The tenants over this time also remained happy and so I guess this speaks for itself . I have been a bulk landlord for some 44 years and I would say that Credential has provided the best service of the management agents who I have dealt with over this time . I would recommend them to any other landlords requiring a lettings and full-management service .
14th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

Always happy to help and answer any questions as silly as they may be. The ladies are all so lovely and friendly and Tilley the pup instantly cheers your day up!

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

I first gave my property to a local agent who couldn’t rent it out, but Tennission managed to get it let within just two weeks! A huge thanks to Mohammad and Daniel – they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way.
