11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

We were kept regularly informed and received calls as promised. As a potential buyer this reflected well on the property being sold and it gave us confidence that communication would continue in such a positive way throughout any purchase.

Based the valuation on what they could see in the house rather than previous local sales data which would have been unhelpful as no other comparable houses. Photographer also skilled and just a great helpful team from start to finish.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

Really felt like they went the extra mile to make a difficult and complicated process very simple for my elderly mother. 27th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

It was a big move for us, and the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant — communication was excellent from start to finish. We felt strongly that our vendor was as sympathetically and respectfully treated as we were, and this meant a lot to us. All in all we had an absolutely great experience with Brooks Bliss and could not be happier in our new home.

I was overjoyed when I had a call from Mark Wiggins a few months later to say it had fallen through and was going back in the market. The service from them from start to finish was excellent. Special mention to Corrabeth - superstar. Thanks for everything, we love our new home - even in all this rain and mud!

Was very impressed with the media service gathering photos and videos of our home in preparation for it to go on the market. During the sell we were regularly updated on progress and they were readily contactable and available to help. Great service!
