12th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

When the house we had planned to rent with someone else fell through last minute, Spencer Jakeman jumped in and sorted us out with a fabulous flat, and had everything done, sorted and organised in 4 days!! I honestly can't rate them highly enough for how they have acted, highly professional, and quick to act. Excellent communication, and seamless process.

From start to finish, communication was always clear, prompt and reassuring, and everyone we dealt with was polite, kind, respectful and extremely accommodating. Selling a house can be stressful, but the whole process was handled with professionalism and genuine care, which made a huge difference to us. We always felt supported and kept informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We are very grateful for all the help we received and would wholeheartedly recommend the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

I have to say that every part of the experience has been first-class, from the initial visit to the photography, the description, and the communication, most of all, which is the area in which most estate agents lack.<br><br>Feedback was always provided promptly and without fail, and we genuinely felt that everyone in the office was working in our best interest. This is not something you often hear about estate agents, but if you're thinking about selling through Nick Tart, I give you my word that they are the best I've come across.<br><br>By the way, I'm an ex-estate agent myself, and I've been in the property business for 20 years, so I think I might know what I'm talking about.

Had great support from them, but particular thanks to Alex Bebb who responded to the initial enquiry very quickly by phone and then arranged a date to do the valuation visit that fitted in with my work schedule. His visit was friendly and professional, and the valuation was provided in writing the next day! One happy customer. I will happily recommend Hollan Broadbridge to my friends and family.

They have both been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling our property.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, and there were plenty of ups and downs along the way, but Molly and Ellie were always so helpful, supportive and kept us updated every step of the way. They were always quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to help keep everything moving.<br><br>Their communication, professionalism and kindness really made such a difference, and we are so grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you so much Molly and Ellie — you’ve been fantastic! 24th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.
