Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. 17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?- 9th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Always very helpful no matter what silly questions I had
