Sandie was extremely knowledgeable, honest and was always on hand when we had questions. We feel Sandie and the team went above and beyond with the service they provided. We had previously had difficulty with estate agents, however Cavendish were wonderful! Thank you all so much for supporting the smooth and quick sale of our house.

We bought the house 16 years ago through them, and have now successfully sold through them too. They were proactive and always responded to calls or emails on a very timely basis.

Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, but navigating the process from abroad adds a whole new layer of complexity. Ollie made it completely seamless; communication was effortless despite the distance, and he kept me completely aligned at every stage.<br>I received excellent, detailed feedback after every viewing, which gave me total confidence in how the sale was progressing. Even in a tough, unpredictable market, Ollie's dedication got the property sold. What I appreciated most was his approach to guidance—he always delivered succinct, practical advice but completely stepped back to let me make the decisions that were right for me. Initially KMJ gave us a free probate valuation for my late father's house and even at that early stage we were given excellent advice about sales options and next steps so when the house was ready to sell we had no hesitation in engaging with KMJ to act on our behalf. We had a very difficult experience with the first offer we accepted which was all down to the buyer but KMJ were professional and communicative throughout and worked tirelessly on trying to progress the sale. When it eventually fell through, KMJ were great at getting the house back on the market and we ended up receiving an asking price offer second time around that KMJ managed expertly through to completion. I couldn't speak highly enough of how all the staff looked after us during a very difficult and emotionally stressful time.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

After a very long and stressful journey trying to sell our home with another agent, we feel it was Bradley's tenacity and attention to detail that finally got this sale over the line. He showed great patience with us and was understanding of the stress we were feeling. There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!
