From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.<br><br>David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.<br><br>On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. We were left high and dry after dealing with the worst estate agent in Otford, only to find ourselves thankfully in very capable hands. Seamless rental arranged by Paddi/Rose while waiting for our purchase to go through. Can't fault any of the process, always available to speak to, timely responses to emails. Hamptons went above and beyond. Many thanks.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Maddison’s have given me an outstanding service and more importantly one of their superb sales team managed to find a buyer for a flat l was selling that wasn’t anything special at all and furthermore was up against immense competition. It was through her superb negotiating skills that a buyer was secured and completion is happening next week.<br>Once you have a buyer you are allocated a Sales Progression Manager who gives you a weekly update of everything that is developing with your sale. Again this service is superb as you are kept in the loop every step of the way. Any and every query you might have pertaining to the sale is answered quickly and effectively.<br>It is unusual to pay estate fees in advance but Maddison’s offer a service that goes way beyond most other estate agents. They are a huge asset to Tunbridge Wells.

The annual agreement renewals, reminders, legal notices, tenants deposit etc. have all been professionally dealt with on my behalf. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Fantastic estate agents and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>Marcus was extremely helpful from start to finish and was always on hand whenever we needed advice, an update, or help chasing things along. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Marcus was brilliant at keeping in touch, communicating with everyone involved and doing everything he could to keep things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated how approachable, responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was reassuring knowing we could contact him whenever we had a question or concern.<br><br>We’ve had a fantastic experience with Sibley Pares and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A huge thank you to Marcus and the whole team for helping us get our new home over the line!

26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)The entire team at Connells, Tunbridge Wells were professional, personable and highly effective in the sale of my property. Their marketing of my house went above and beyond: As well as the expected internet postings, prospective buyers were actively sought, demonstrating that these guys really know the local market. I was kept regularly informed on marketing strategies & results & given detailed feedback after every viewing. Special mention must go to the Senior Branch Manager, Ollie, and the Sales Progressor, Tracey, who, once Connells found my buyer, guided and supported me through what otherwise could have been a stressful process. They both kept me up to date with developments - not only regarding my sale but also my onward purchase. Ollie & Tracey were tenacious & tireless in their efforts behind the scenes, chasing up buyers, sellers, solicitors and, indeed other sales progressors & estate agents who were not always as rigorous as the Connells' team. Throughout it all, they maintained unfailing good humour, fielded tricky negotiations & always had the best interests of me, the seller, as their priority. I am absolutely delighted that I chose Connells, Tunbridge Wells, to sell my property and I recommend them unreservedly.

28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I have dealt with a few Estate Agents in my time and always felt that they did very little to earn their fee.<br>What a pleasant and refreshing change it was dealing with the team at Kings. Selling a house is extremely stressful, but I always felt Kings had my back. They were always there for me and when it all got a bit tricky they really went the extra mile.<br>A very special thanks to Gracie who I thought really excelled.<br>Now I know why they have five stars. Highly recommend.

I’ve worked with many agents before but none come close to being as good as Natalie and Bradley. My husband and I highly recommend Flying Fish, without question.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having met Lisa as a first time buyer a few years ago, when it came to selling my first property there was never any doubt for me that Lisa and the team at Waghorn needed to be the ones to help me through the sales process and it’s a decision I certainly won’t regret!<br><br>From the first stages of listing I felt that Lisa and John really cared about understanding what I loved about my home and they showed genuine enthusiasm and interest in making sure they could share all of these features with potential buyers. They knew the kind of people who would be interested in my home and very quickly offers came in and the house was sold. Throughout the process the team was there to guide me through every step and answer my questions. I always felt confident that they would do exactly what they had promised. I never felt like my home was ‘just another property’ for Waghorn, it’s so clear that the team love what they do and take a real interest in their clients, helping them navigate the house buying and selling process with confidence.<br><br>This is a genuinely fantastic team and I can’t thank Lisa, John, Mel and Andrew enough for everything they have done. I don’t plan to move again any time soon but when I do I know exactly who I’ll be calling to help with the process.

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.
