It was an unusual property, I live overseas, the buyers were tricky, lawyers were delayed and we needed additional last minute help to empty the house to meet the deadline - but everything was handled with professionalism and expert guidance. Karen also has great local networks - a moving company helped us at the 11th hour, only because they knew it was for her. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re so glad we chose Maddisons, and you can absolutely trust Karen to manage even the most challenging situations. Highly recommend!

He was always on top of things and quick to follow up when needed. Communication was really good throughout the process – Ben kept us updated regularly and was always easy to get hold of if we had questions. We really appreciated his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Bracketts surveyors produced a highly inflated dilapidations report of £105,000 in favour of the landlord. The report appears to be based on assumptions rather than evidence. There was no Schedule of Condition prepared before the lease, and no photographs were taken at the start of the tenancy. Despite this, they produced a report claiming extensive dilapidations without any proper baseline to compare the property’s condition. I contacted them twice by email requesting clarification, but they never responded. Due to the lack of transparency and communication, I have now submitted a formal complaint to Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

We went through all options and there wasn’t any rush either, so I could comfortably relax and go through everything in great detail. I can highly recommend this family run company. Thank you.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)There were couple of properties available with Barden that I tried hard to reach them, every time they take my full name and phone number but no one got back, I tried 4 times via phone and number of times over mails. I pressed the urgency on call, the person acknowledged that I called 2 times earlier, but no one had any information on the property i looked for, neither bothered calling back.

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I had an excellent experience selling my property with Neville & Neville Estate Agents, and in particular working with Francis, who was outstanding from start to finish. Francis originally found my buyer and handled the negotiations brilliantly, securing a result I was very happy with. What really impressed me though was his dedication throughout the entire process. He managed the sales progression and chasing exceptionally well, keeping everything moving and ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. He always provided viewing feedback the same day and was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me within the day whenever I had questions. Francis also made a point of giving me weekly updates, even when there was nothing new to report, just to make sure I was always kept fully informed. Selling a property can be stressful, but he kept me calm throughout and took the time to explain each stage of the process so I fully understood what was happening. One thing I particularly appreciated was that he continued arranging viewings right up until exchange of contracts. This meant I had backup buyers in place in case anything went wrong or the existing buyer tried to renegotiate — which ultimately protected me and gave me great peace of mind. What really sets Neville & Neville Estate Agents apart from other estate agents is their level of communication, care and attention to detail throughout the process. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Neville & Neville Estate Agents, especially Francis, for his professionalism, communication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for their clients.

I found them the right combination of honest and ambitious in setting a price for my home and we managed to sell within three working days of going on the market with a price I was most happy with and that was more than I thought we could achieve. Communication with them was great and their advice on what I could do to help sell my home quickly was sound and most helpful. I’m very glad I chose them.
