29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m a tenant in a Brooks property and Aggie has been absolutely fantastic throughout the tenancy. We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

5th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

She was always prompt in responding to any questions and went above and beyond by meeting me at the property before my move-in date so I could measure spaces and windows in advance. Throughout the entire process, Elycia was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her friendly attitude and excellent communication made a real difference, and I always felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine letting agent.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Adam was fantastic throughout our property search. He managed to arrange a viewing for us at very short notice, even though all Saturday appointments were already booked. He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller.<br>Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.

3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Received a first class service from Connells at Tunbridge Wells. Ollie was very friendly, honest and professional and his experience in the housing market second to none. From valuation to marketing to viewings and then completing the service we received was exceptional. All staff were polite friendly and always put themselves out to help answer questions and concerns. Because of Ollie’s excellent knowledge and experience our property was auctioned and twe ended up getting £45K over the starting price, he really knows his stuff and how to get people interested in your property. Top service and a big thank you to the whole team but special thanks to Ollie

21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I recently spoke with Mia regarding the potential sale of our home, and I felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me.<br><br>Mia asked thoughtful questions that no other agent had asked, and she raised points I hadn’t even considered. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how much she seemed to care about us as potential vendors, rather than simply treating it as another enquiry.<br><br>On the same day, I spoke with six other estate agents, and not one of them came close to providing the level of service, interest, and personal attention that Mia did. She made me feel valued and listened to, which meant a great deal.<br><br>We are still considering whether to sell our home, but if we do decide to move forward, I would definitely consider using Leaders—especially if Mia could be our representative.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mia for such an outstanding first impression. She is a real credit to Leaders.
3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)After five years with a tenant, the Tunbridge Wells Savills lettings team (Danielle and Chloe with great support) have done a fantastic job at finding me a great new tenant (three great offers). The process was really quick and efficient, everyone was thoroughly professional, and guided me through the new regulations. A really fast turnaround too, and allowing a between tenancy decoration refresh and general maintenance, and this all organised via property manager Tamsin, tenant now happily moved in. Can't recommend this team high enough. Fantastic integrated team working.

28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I contacted Kings Estate Agents after seeing them advertise that they were actively looking for properties to sell. I asked if they would represent my home, only to receive a haughty email to say that my Property didn’t reach The calibre of the kind of property they wanted to market and they were at capacity only wanting to focus on premium properties.<br><br>I found this both surprising and disappointing. My property is a well-presented two-bedroom ground floor conversion with off-road parking in a desirable central Tunbridge Wells location, and Kings regularly market similar properties. To make matters more confusing, the very next day I saw them advertising on Facebook asking for more properties to sell.<br><br>I completely understand that every estate agent has the right to choose which instructions they take on. However, I was left feeling disregarded and that my property wasn’t worthy of their time. A more considerate and transparent explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We had a really good experience with Lucy and the team at Platform Property.<br>From the start, they were friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, which made a big difference given how drawn out the process became. Communication was always clear, and we felt supported throughout.<br>Despite numerous check-ins from me we were always met with patience and good humour, which says a lot about the way they work.<br>Lucy in particular did an amazing job keeping things moving and staying on top of everything when challenges came up.<br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lucy and the wider team.
