When we decided to sell the property Karen, Jane and the rest of the team marketed it very effectively and we got plenty of viewings. We really valued their advice throughout, which was always straight-forward, honest and transparent. A lovely bunch of people who we would highly recommend for both renting and selling.
5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have tried to purchase 2 properties through Freeman Foreman and will never go to them again. They do not appear to value or want to work with buyers. The first time they didnt bother to turn up to a viewing and the second time where very dismissive of an offer i put forward, saying when i had on offer on my property to come back ... but in a dismissive efficiace way. I thought estate agents were meant to work for buys and sellers to get the best deal for their seller ... not upset buyers so they walk away from the agency!

My partner and I were first time buyers, so we were definitely a little bit lost when it came to this whole process of buying a house. For our viewing, we had lovely Tom who was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. He answered all of our questions/queries swiftly, which was really nice since we had a very different experience during the previous 6 viewings! Once our offer was accepted, we had a pleasure of working with Lauren, who’s an absolute star and we are so very grateful for her open communication and overall support throughout the whole process. We’ve had a few hurdles along the way, but Lauren was always there for us - advocating on our behalf, chasing solicitors, and so much more! We’ve now completed on our house and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service from Kings!

7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I contacted Flying Fish about selling a property. They said they would provide information at least by the following day. They didn’t. I called again after a couple of days and they said they would look into it and get back to me but again they never came back to me. When they eventually responded they sent it to an incorrect email address. The response that Flying fish have left in response to my review above is completely untrue. They did not turn down my business. Rather they sent me 2 rather nasty emails. This is absolutely not an estate agent I would trust. I have now signed up with Bracketts who are very professional. 20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Enquired about a property on 30th March by email, didn’t hear anything, so called the office every day for a week just to clarify if the property was still available, each time a team member took my details and said they would get the person dealing with the property to call me back. I never received a call, I then was given the direct number and email for the person dealing with the property so tried to contact them several times myself with no luck. It’s now 20th April, I never heard back Customer service is on the floor
11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have used Maison team to sell our 5 bed house and they have been fantastic! They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

He was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel pressured at all. He answered all my questions (even the basic ones!) and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and informative. As a first-time buyer, that made a big difference. Would definitely recommend if you’re new to the process and want someone approachable and helpful ??????
