We have just sold a house through Wards Tenterden, using the Iamsold auction platform, after Alex explained the process to us. We were very impressed with how straightforward and quick the whole process was (28 days from listing to completion, I think). Alex and Claire were both very helpful and knowledgeable, and updated us promptly at each stage. I would definitely recommend using Wards of Tenterden as estate agents, and also the Iamsold auction process if you need to sell a property quickly.

From the moment I visited Wards in Tenterden, Alex provided outstanding service. He took the time to listen and understand what my family and I were looking for, and went through available properties with me to create a shortlist. I never felt like just another name on a mailing list.
We ended up purchasing our first home from one of the houses we viewed on that very first visit. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how Alex and the whole team guided us through the process. They were always easy to reach and happy to answer any questions. It didn’t matter whether we spoke to Alex, Becky, Tina, David, Claire or Lydia, everyone was able to help, whether it was with general queries or updates specific to our purchase, and they were brilliant at keeping us updated without being prompted.

We met Leanne at first contact who was lovely! She made us feel welcome and explained simply to us the details of buying our property. Nothing was too much trouble and Leanne was so easy to talk to.
The branch manager, whose name I have forgotten ( sorry ) was also very informative and approachable and easy to communicate with.
Estate agents seem to get a rough deal but our whole purchasing experience with the help of wards was stress free and straight forward. The time frame they gave was also pretty accurate.

Had a really good experience with Wards in our recent purchase, which was a bit bumpy at times!
Leanne was very personable and calming, and managed to get us a very prompt viewing to allow us to secure our offer on the property. Throughout the process, she always offered to help and keep things moving along the way.
Alex dealt with the commercial side of the offer, put us in contact with a great financial adviser who we used to arrange our mortgage. Alex was particularly great when we lost our first buyer, keeping everyone calm and the chain intact whilst we found another.
