Wood & Pilcher were great during our sale this past summer. They provided us with advice to prepare our house before we were signed up with them and then 3 months later when we were ready to go to market they got us out there quickly and got us a buyer inside a week. When that fell through, we went back to market and got a better offer the following week. Communication was excellent and either Amanda or Steve was avaliable whenever we needed them. Cannot recommend Vim & Anna enough. I decided to go with TGN after 4 months of getting nowhere with a certain High Street Agent, which was a great move as they found me a buyer within a few weeks!
