16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Maddison’s have given me an outstanding service and more importantly one of their superb sales team managed to find a buyer for a flat l was selling that wasn’t anything special at all and furthermore was up against immense competition. It was through her superb negotiating skills that a buyer was secured and completion is happening next week.<br>Once you have a buyer you are allocated a Sales Progression Manager who gives you a weekly update of everything that is developing with your sale. Again this service is superb as you are kept in the loop every step of the way. Any and every query you might have pertaining to the sale is answered quickly and effectively.<br>It is unusual to pay estate fees in advance but Maddison’s offer a service that goes way beyond most other estate agents. They are a huge asset to Tunbridge Wells.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

Highly recommend this firm and wouldn't hestitate to use them again.

Kian, Fiona and the team have been super helpful during the entire process (which was not an easy and quick one because the house was under probate). Kian kept us informed all throughout the process with great communication and being a go-between us and the seller to try and move things along as swiftly and quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend.

Their marketing of my house went above and beyond: As well as the expected internet postings, prospective buyers were actively sought, demonstrating that these guys really know the local market. I was kept regularly informed on marketing strategies & results & given detailed feedback after every viewing. Special mention must go to the Senior Branch Manager, Ollie, and the Sales Progressor, Tracey, who, once Connells found my buyer, guided and supported me through what otherwise could have been a stressful process. They both kept me up to date with developments - not only regarding my sale but also my onward purchase. Ollie & Tracey were tenacious & tireless in their efforts behind the scenes, chasing up buyers, sellers, solicitors and, indeed other sales progressors & estate agents who were not always as rigorous as the Connells' team. Throughout it all, they maintained unfailing good humour, fielded tricky negotiations & always had the best interests of me, the seller, as their priority. I am absolutely delighted that I chose Connells, Tunbridge Wells, to sell my property and I recommend them unreservedly.
20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you want to actually sell your house, look no further.<br><br>Surrounded by agents selling aspirational target sale prices they offer pragmatic pricing advice to actually attract interest and then invest real effort in driving your sale through to completion. Don't be the vendor who tries two aspirational Crowborough agents before moving to a T.Wells agent. If you aren't getting interest, the price is wrong. It's really that simple.<br><br>Once you have a buyer, you then want an agent that's going to get on with the real work and also maintain a relationship with your buyer to prevent the sale falling through.<br><br>They are genuinely motivated to drive your sale through not just floating about reacting being nagged.<br><br>Rather than being tempted by the highest possible target sale price being offered to you - go and have a chat with the team and make your mind up based upon who you want working with you once you've actually accepted an offer.

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Attempted to bounce and guilt us into a purchase where our surveyor said was structurally unsound, even kept persisting when our solicitor said she could not provide surity to the lender<br><br>Seems to work just to get a sale through and their commission, at any cost . . .
28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I have dealt with a few Estate Agents in my time and always felt that they did very little to earn their fee.<br>What a pleasant and refreshing change it was dealing with the team at Kings. Selling a house is extremely stressful, but I always felt Kings had my back. They were always there for me and when it all got a bit tricky they really went the extra mile.<br>A very special thanks to Gracie who I thought really excelled.<br>Now I know why they have five stars. Highly recommend.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.
