6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Belvoir kindly took me on as a client. They reviewed my flats and recommended the rent they could achieve. They then arrange a small rent increase for each flat and issued the necessary notices etc. They were extremely efficient and helpful. I knew I was in good hands from the beginning, The rental market is a bit of a minefield and as a landlady it is very daunting. To find someone like Belvoir whom I could trust implicitly to carry out the work required on my behalf was a god send. I cannot recommend them enough.

Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, but navigating the process from abroad adds a whole new layer of complexity. Ollie made it completely seamless; communication was effortless despite the distance, and he kept me completely aligned at every stage.<br>I received excellent, detailed feedback after every viewing, which gave me total confidence in how the sale was progressing. Even in a tough, unpredictable market, Ollie's dedication got the property sold. What I appreciated most was his approach to guidance—he always delivered succinct, practical advice but completely stepped back to let me make the decisions that were right for me. If you want an estate agent who is professional, proactive, and respectful of your own decision-making, Ollie is your person. Thank you again!
8th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Keith & the entire team were wonderful from the initial valuation until the completion of the sale. I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
14th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

Initially KMJ gave us a free probate valuation for my late father's house and even at that early stage we were given excellent advice about sales options and next steps so when the house was ready to sell we had no hesitation in engaging with KMJ to act on our behalf. We had a very difficult experience with the first offer we accepted which was all down to the buyer but KMJ were professional and communicative throughout and worked tirelessly on trying to progress the sale. When it eventually fell through, KMJ were great at getting the house back on the market and we ended up receiving an asking price offer second time around that KMJ managed expertly through to completion. I couldn't speak highly enough of how all the staff looked after us during a very difficult and emotionally stressful time.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant.
