7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

Unfortunately, after five stressful months dealing with a very difficult buyer, it was clearly not meant to happen and the sale fell through. Throughout, Mark Price showed true professionalism - always proactive and on hand to give advice and keep communications going. He was pro-active, attentive, and always available. His professionalism and ability to overcome any obstacles that presented themselves, enabled us to not only sell our current house but also purchase our new home. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent and handled with real professionalism. Her extensive knowledge and great relationship with the landlord was reassuring. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we felt fully supported at every stage. Although our circumstances unexpectedly changed at the last minute, Lyndsey was understanding and had been incredibly helpful throughout. We genuinely appreciated the time, effort and care that went into helping us secure the property.
