Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading

Myself and my wife congrulate her in her professionalism and care .Never moving again but , anyone thinking about it , Clarke Munroe is the place to go .

Throughout the process and up to exchange , she always provided us with up to date information on progress, and was at all times proactive in dealing with our seller and the solicitors in the chain. She made the process so much less stressful and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her and Michael Poole in the future or recommend to others.

The house was clean, neighbourhood is calm annd peaceful. It was amazing dealing with acorn letting and sales and the landlord as well. Prompt response to issues mostly regarding repairs. Highly recommended

My experience with Northgate Estate Agents throughout the purchase of my first home has been nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the team were proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. As a first-time buyer, I naturally had plenty of questions, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring at every stage. A special thank you to Katy, who was exceptional throughout. She went above and beyond to keep everything moving, provided regular updates without being chased, and was always approachable, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her and the rest of the team's support made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and positive.
