His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly. What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay

8th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

I’ve dealt with problem after problem, and every time I reached out for help, they either completely ignored me or responded with excuses that made it seem like everything was my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real support, they brushed off my concerns like they didn’t matter at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and be treated with such a lack of care and accountability. At this point, I’m beyond disappointed — I’m just tired of fighting for the bare minimum.

In a clear act of retaliation after being replaced by adding over tens and thousands of service charges from five years ago—charges that were already paid— to all leaseholders and passed them onto the new management agent to pursue. This is not only unethical, it’s manipulative and misleading. Such conduct shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. It’s a disgrace to the profession and a warning to anyone considering doing business with this agent. Karma has a way of catching up, and this kind of behavior won’t go unnoticed. Avoid this agent at all costs. Do not engage, do not trust, and do not use their services.

I honestly feel very thankful for having lion wolf estate agents to sale my property as I do not believe any other agent would be able to deal with is so patiently as Diamond did.
