Emilio, however, went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome, especially having to navigate and stay very professional with a difficult buyer! Unfortunately, Oasis didn’t have a property which suited my requirements, but Emilio again went above and beyond and liaise with other estate agents on my behalf to secure a property for me.

We met Micheal Doyle and we're impressed by his knowledge of the housing market and how he explained it all so clearly. Being a great family man, Micheal knows and supports the local community, so felt very comfortable working with Micheal and his team, all of them wonderfully supportive guiding us through all the processes, never hesitating to advise us accordingly. We were moving after 40 years in our family house so it was an emotional time, made easier by the kindness and support of Doyles. Our house was sold so quickly and efficiently and we are so glad we chose Doyles as our agent. He is an excellent agent who managed to arrange everything for my flat rental in the shortest possible time. 4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

Despite how popular the property was, they didn’t turn it into a bidding war and have been supportive and patient throughout the conveyancing process.<br><br>A special thank you to David for keeping the solicitors in check and, more importantly for always being so personable, responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. He really went above and beyond throughout the process.<br><br>A great agent, a wonderful property, and we’re genuinely very pleased to have bought it.

I’ll admit I was initially quite wary of estate agents, as I had always had the impression that the main priority was securing the sale and commission, but Michael completely changed that perception for me.<br><br>From the beginning, he really listened to what I liked and disliked and was always genuine and straightforward with me. I never felt pressured into making a decision, and I genuinely felt that he wanted to help me find the right property rather than simply make a sale.<br><br>My situation also had a few more moving parts than a straightforward purchase, and Michael was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the whole process. He followed up closely, kept things moving where he could, and often went above and beyond to help.<br><br>What I especially appreciated was how approachable he was. He would always reassure me that there was no such thing as a silly question and to just ask him anything, and he would always do his best to assist or find out the answer for me. That made what could have been quite a stressful process feel a lot easier.<br><br>Overall, Michael was sincere, responsive and genuinely supportive from beginning to end. I’m really happy with my new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Everything was handled quickly and they kept me updated whenever needed. No issues at all and the whole process was pretty smooth. Would definitely recommend them.

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Overall I'm very pleased with the service Andrews provided. They were helpful and patient during a drawn out sale process, which included a tricky probate process. As a first time seller (dealing with my late father's estate), they were helpful. I didn't feel patronised at the outset, and they mostly avoided sales cliches or overinflating costs.<br><br>The initial point of contact (Ben) generally stayed as my main point of contact, which I appreciated - I didn't feel like I was immediately passed off to a junior member of staff.<br><br>They were prompt in getting things done and in their communications, and didn't make errors in the technical or administrative bits. The only times they irritated me was in frequently chasing me for updates when I didn't have any (and told them that I would update them by email when I did!). But I suppose it's better for them to be proactive and engaged than inactive!
