The whole process was much smoother than I expected, and the team were always helpful and responsive. A special thank you to Jez and Simon, who supported me throughout the purchase. They were always quick to reply, kept me updated, and made sure everything moved along when needed. I’m very happy with their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I wouldn't rent from Holly. I have encountered many estate agents in my life fortunately some still have their humanity and will take each case as it comes. Some are programmed robots who just repeat what they have been told. I am so glad I am a human being with my humanity still in tact. Can't say the same for Holly. So glad I won't be renting from Hamptons. So glad I got to choose a career path that actually contributes to the greater good of humanity.

They've got a lovely 4 bed to grow old in, and I can't wait to inherit it. I'll definitely return the next time I need real estate assistance. Mega.
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)My experience selling through the team at Strutt & Parker was exceptional - they offered a clear valuation and sale strategy and within a week we had 3 offers and went to sealed bids. They then managed all parties exceptionally well throughout and achieved above the asking price. George and Lauren in particular were knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and the excellent advice they provide.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Absolutely first class from start to finish Letting agent Dylan Kealy and the Winkworth team are friendly, professional and made the whole process of a new let easy and stress free. They are really clear with all terms, great with communications and everything is done in such a courteous manner. By far the best estate agents I've ever used and highly recommended!

We have looked at numerous houses with Sean over the last 18 months and he has always been incredibly factual and helpful and not salesy at all. Thanks, Imogen and Oli- 19th May 2022 (3 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Great estate agents , Always sorted any little problems out as soon as possible can’t fault them for the way they conduct themselves and run the business . But only negatives and why it’s not 5 starts Is because they deducted £100 from me for the £200 deep clean, which I spent hours on end and spent about £30 on cleaning equipment getting the place nearly spotless so not sure why they paid £200 for a deep clean when there was only about 30 mins worth of cleaning to be done there was abit of dust on top of a door and extractor fan needed cleaning, I’m sure they could have got someone just to go clean them things instead of paying for deep clean . But it is what it is ,most estate agents do that these days probably so they can show the new tenants it got deep cleaned by professionals ,just seems abit harsh on tenants who leave it in good nick because what’s the point spending all the hours I did leaving it clean if going to get billed for deep clean anyway ? . I agreed to the deduction as overall they’ve been good agents so I don’t want to dispute over £100 and then have to wait ages for deposit .<br>My flat was down an alley way and the restaurants and bin men would leave it a right mess , when I asked John at the start if someone could clean it he said it’s not their problem that bit as don’t own the pathway . I get it’s not there problem as they don’t own the alley way but you’d think if you had flats there you would pay someone to go every 2 weeeks or so to tidy up . So I had to tidy it up a few times myself which I didn’t want to do but had no choice .<br>The flat was excellent and the cheapest on the market for that size imo but the alley way definitely ruined it because it was embarrassing sometimes to get friends around walking through loads of rubbish to get to flat
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

She has been brilliant at finding a buyer for my house, as well as managing the whole sale process until the very end. Great communication, strong drive for results and very helpful perspective in a challenging context. I would recommend Fabienne without any hesitation if you are looking to buy or sell a property in Chiswick.

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m really grateful for all the support from the team at Cow & Co.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.
