I've been really impressed with the excellent service provided from start to finish. I'd really like to commend Peter Kasicki. One of the best agents I've ever used. He's really responsive and knowledgable. Helyn, the sales progressor, was superb, always completely on top of things, keeping the buyer moving and liaising efficiently with both solicitors to avoid delays. Her communication was clear and regular throughout, making the whole sale far smoother than it might otherwise have been. Throughout the sales process they showed a rare combination of tenacity and drive, while always being reassuring and supportive. Their professionalism made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. 100% recommend.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COST. All they want is completion and they will push you so hard it literally can ruin your normal life. And when you get the key after the endless pushing, you will be frustrated with this - a property not accounted for at all, different from what you’ve seen, and of course, this is after completion and they will say this is not their responsibility. This’s totally scam. Avoid unless you want to have bad, pushy and disappointing experiences when you are cheerfully buying your property.
