18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.

10th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

5th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

They were professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, and I felt well supported at every stage of the sale. They clearly know the market well and gave honest, sensible advice, which helped everything move along smoothly. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made it feel straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. The process was smooth from the initial viewing, through signing the paperwork, right up to handing the property back at the end of the tenancy. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. 11th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Amazing from start to finish! Wouldn’t have secured my new home if it wasn’t for Bryan. Put my house on the market on Friday and it was sold by Monday. Georgia chased solicitors and gave regular updates on sales progression. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will always recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.

17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
