7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)A fantastic service from Harley Banks the mortgage advisor, he demonstrated his understanding and knowledge of a wide wage of mortgages available, finding the best available rates and offers at the time of purchase. Not only was he dealing with a new residential property for me and my partner, but also looking into buy to let mortgages for my current property, along with remortgaging other properties. Taking on the difficulties we encounted, he still went above and beyond to give the best advice to move forward with all mortgage applications. I will certainly be using him again.

Theresa was an absolute star and nothing was to much trouble. She explained things to me and really helped to get completion on the property quickly and effectively.

21st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Very rubbish service,made an offer for the shop in the chesterfield,Patrick way and never had the response that the offer has been rejected by the landlord,when rang again they told me that the offer has been rejected and then I change my offer and still haven’t heard anything. So don’t recommend at all…

Danielle answered every question with patience, guided us through each step, and genuinely made the whole experience feel less overwhelming.<br><br>What stood out most was that her help didn’t stop once the sale completed. She continued to go the extra mile, chasing up our onward purchase and offering advice whenever we needed it. That support made a real difference to us.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend Danielle without hesitation. Although we hope it’ll be a long time before we move again, we wouldn’t think twice about using her services in the future or recommending her to others.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
