Found us the right place and guided us through the process expertly and was always available for questions (and even some recommendations that came good). Cannot recommend too highly for anyone looking in the area.

They are honest and responsive which are the two most important requirements for me when moving house.<br>We have used both Walton and Weybridge offices and the service on both occasions has been exemplary. Thank you team MF and he will kill me if I don’t say a special thanks to Alastair who has almost kept me sane for this one!!!

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience.<br><br>I moved into a property on 31 July 2026 and was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it was handed over. The property had no electricity when I moved in. After investigating the issue myself, I established that E.ON was the supplier and was informed that the electricity had been disconnected due to a negative balance on the account.<br><br>The property also had no hot water, with the hot water system/boiler displaying an error. In addition, the property was clearly not prepared for a new tenant. It showed no sign of having been professionally cleaned, the walls were dirty, there was mould on the walls and blinds, the bedroom carpet had hard sticky stains, the lounge flooring was lifting, the kitchen walls required attention, and the toilet seat was broken.<br><br>The most disappointing part was the lack of communication and support from the agency. After calling the office several times and sending emails explaining that the property had no electricity and no hot water, there was complete radio silence. Despite raising urgent issues affecting the basic habitability of the property, I received no timely response or clear plan to resolve the situation.<br><br>Moving into a new home should be a positive experience, but unfortunately this was extremely stressful and disappointing. I hope the agency improves its property inspection process, communication with tenants, and response times when dealing with serious issues.- 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had an excellent experience with the Ashleigh Roach property management team. she is friendly, professional, and genuinely takes the time to understand my concerns. My issue was handled quickly and efficiently, and she kept me informed throughout the process. It's refreshing to receive such attentive and courteous support. Thank you for making the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would gladly recommend this company to others.

Any queries or issues were dealt with promptly, and I always felt confident that the property was being well looked after.<br><br>When the time came to sell, the same high level of service continued. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with great communication throughout and regular updates that made everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>It’s been a pleasure dealing with the team over the years, and I genuinely appreciate all of their help, advice and support. I'm in Canada with the properties in the UK so I've not even met Steve and his team. Steve was up front with everything, and the sales went off as well as my family had hoped for. Communication was top shelf. Hat's off to WPR.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

We were looking for a house for a few months and met with lots of different agents in that time, but Sat was stand out for us - very patient with our questions, proactive about thinking of us for upcoming properties, and kept as as informed as he could. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
