5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

15th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.

24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

Tennants keep phoning with queries as they can never get hold of anyone at the agency!!! No clarity with with payments and blaming everyone and everything bar themselves!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM GOR LETTING!!!!

Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. We can’t thank Dawn and Charlotte enough for the support and would highly recommend!!

25th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Treated atrociously by a member of staff who seemed to enjoy being offensive. We had made a substantial offer on a house but chose to withdraw based on this as we couldn't confidently believe we would receive fair and respectful engagement. whilst we spoke with the management we detected an acceptance of the poor behaviour but not a willingness to address it. Apologies to the seller but they did not represent you well at all and we simply avoided any house for sale via this branch (llandudno).
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

27th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Recently used William Gleave in Llandudno for house selling. Alex came out to appraise within days (others could not get out for weeks). Guided us through the process with excellent communication, advice and honesty throughout. Clearly Alex and Debbie are very knowledgeable and gave us the benefit of their experience when decisions had to be made. I’m aware that Alex has since left which is sad loss for the company as they were both lovely people to deal with.
