15th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.

23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)House was up for sale with another estate agent in llandudno, who seemed to love to do viewings, was with them for 6 months. Decided to switch to bryan davies, julie came appraised the house, sent to market within a couple of days and was sold with the month. Would recommend straight away, professional easy to contact, thank you melanie as well always on hand.<br><br>If you are selling, use them you cant put a price on experience!!
29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
7th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had a good experience working with Enfys Estates overall, with a couple of niggles; I had to request that my property was posted on their social media (like all their other listings) after it had been on the market for 10 weeks and they did all the viewings for me (which was great), but left the front door unlocked on one occasion. I understand accidents happen and it may be an awkward door to lock, so they may not have realised.

It wasn’t just one member of staff but the whole team who made the selling experience as smooth and easy as possible. Adam Palmer was especially impressive and as I assume is the team leader certainly filters his ethos down to his staff. All in all a great experience. Excellent

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
