He was consistently professional, extremely patient, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to listen to everyone involved in the process. His positive and reassuring manner made a real difference during what could have been a stressful time.<br><br>Ali’s sales skills are excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I lost count of the number of viewings he attended and the many questions he answered — often even outside normal office hours.<br><br>I am truly grateful for his dedication and delighted that he succeeded in securing the sale. He is a real credit to Anthony Webb, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any landlord or seller looking for a trustworthy and committed agent.

4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Relentless spam emails since trying to view a property last week. I’ve unsubscribed multiple times but they just won’t stop, looks like they’ve shared my email with other MG offices too. Reporting spam to all emails I get now but it’s just non-stop.

He made what can be a very complex and stressful process feel much smoother and clearer. What really stood out was his dedication and reliability. It felt like having someone truly on your side throughout what can otherwise be a very complex process. I reached out multiple times with enquiries about properties, and despite my clear interest, they completely ignored my enquiries. I followed up several times, but never received any responses. Instead, they decided to move my contact details to another branch, without any prior communication or explanation. This kind of treatment is extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to respond to my initial questions, but they also showed a lack of respect by shifting me to another branch without my consent or knowledge. It felt like they were simply passing me off without considering my interest in the properties I was inquiring about. It's frustrating and disappointing when an estate agent doesn’t follow through, leaving you feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Poor communication and a complete lack of customer care.- 5th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)We had a great experience purchasing our first home with the help of Sunny at KFH. I called to arrange viewings for three different properties and was told they would phone me to confirm, but I never received any follow-up. Four days later, I found out the properties had already been let. This has happened at other branches as well, and the repeated lack of communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, it also seemed like certain enquiries were consistently delayed or ignored, which left me feeling unfairly treated. Overall, I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of follow-through and inconsistent service.

I would definitely recommend their services when looking for a property. From the very first enquiry to moving in, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The communications were friendly, responsive, and Bambos was always happy to answer my questions. I was kept well informed at every stage, and made what can often be a daunting process feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated the transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent – great service

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Dexter's were very diligent and very professional from the moment I was contacted by Marlon, to the listings and viewings with Sofia up to the moment we have completed the sale through Jack and Jamil. But they went above and beyond. We had a difficult case at the end that needed proper skills to get over the line and I could not have asked for anyone better than Jack to handle it. He completely owned the difficult conversations and drove the sale over the finish line. I can safely say that without Jack's help this would not have happened. Thank you very much, and I definitely recommend using Dexter's Muswell Hill.
