At one stage, it looked as though the completion date might be delayed, but they worked diligently behind the scenes to keep everything on track and ensure the sale was completed on time. A special thank you to Noora and Farhan, who were always available to help with any questions or concerns. Their responsiveness, support, and commitment made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Ellis & Co Tottenham to anyone looking to sell their property.

They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.
2nd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have recently purchased a detached bungalow at Winchmore Hill from Fullers. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.

6th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions promptly, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
4th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

12th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. Our home sale was long and complicated process (our previous solicitor had made some mistakes in our paperwork that we had to fix) - but Billy guided both us and the buyers through every step with patience and skill, answering questions, easing tensions, and keeping things moving forward. He genuinely cared about how we were feeling throughout the process, not just the paperwork, and that care is what earned our trust completely. Thanks to his strategy and hard work, we received multiple offers and sold above asking price. We're convinced this sale wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly, or as successfully, without him. If you want an agent who is as attentive as he is effective, Billy is the one to call!
