29th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings

24th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Peter Alan. The branch were helpful and always willing to assist. We have no complaints about the branch team at all.<br><br>Unfortunately, our experience with the sales progression service was very disappointing. Communication was poor, emails often went unanswered and we regularly had to chase for updates ourselves.<br><br>Completion was also poorly handled, with our purchase agent contacting us first to tell us our sale had completed.<br><br>We emailed Peter Alan afterwards to explain our concerns, but we still haven't heard anything back from the sales progressor, which is particularly disappointing.<br><br>It’s a shame, as our experience with the branch team was very positive. However, based on the overall experience, we wouldn't use Peter Alan again and would be reluctant to recommend them.<br><br>Thank you again to the branch.

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Called every day for a week to get tree branches removed from my garden (they took down two trees on their property next door), despite daily promises the big branches are still there a week after the trees came down.<br>** It's my landlord who is most annoyed, I'm just frustrated that I have not been kept in the loop/given updates. I was assured it would be done on Friday... A call to apologise and tell me the plans going forward would have been appreciated ??????

Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.<br><br>Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.

Communication was excellent no delays in responding to anything and everything their end was done so quickly, Their presentation skills for the advertising of the property was amazing. No faults at all, would definitely recommend using Louvain and Chloe if you are selling a property,

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for us, particularly through some of the more challenging moments. An absolutely brilliant estate agent and an even better person. She handled the sale of my 3-bedroom townhouse, and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing.<br><br>Lydia went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was left very disappointed with their vice after asking them for 3 months for a video of the property to be added to the right move platforms, social media marketing was non existent until we asked for it and the original gentleman who we agreed the sale of the property left the company and nobody bothered to inform us.

9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
