15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and it seems I very much dodged a bullet. I recently went to view a rental property, agreed to pay 12 months rent upfront and a provisional move-in date, signed the tenancy, paid the 1st month's rent and damage deposit in advance (rest on sale completion), and was advised to call back within the hour to speak to John to arrange key collection 48 hours later. It wouldn't be a lie if I told you that John, also the Area Lettings Manager, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. In the 1.5 hours, he sat opposite me arguing, I was told to shut up and be quiet twice (his actual words). I was shouted at. I was called a bully because I wanted to know why all four staff members had failed to call the landlord or myself back the day before. I had questions ignored. I was lied to when I asked if the calls were recorded (even though other staff members have confirmed they were). I was laughed at. I was also told (with a big smirk on his face) that he had advised the landlord to re-market the property if I hadn't completed and transferred the balance of 17k by close of play the next working day and would now not be allowed to move in, as agreed. It appears the poor lady I had spoken to on the phone was only a trainee and shouldn't have dealt with my call. Feeling backed into a corner, I advised the landlord I would withdraw my application. The property is now back on Rightmove and empty, and WHB needs to start all over again with viewings and referencing and refund my money. This is only a snippet of the complete mess it’s been from start to finish. The landlord and I have raised formal complaints, but am I surprised? No. I have never heard anything good about them, and their staff turnover is incredibly high, but look at how their Manager treats people.

22nd Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.- 26th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)The Reepham branch has an excellent team of hard working professional staff. Bruce, Sandy, Gemma and Ruben all listened, helped and acted on whatever issues, queries and stress we had through the whole process of selling our late Mum’s property in Reepham. Special further mention for Sandy as she always seemed to anticipate our needs and knows when to chase and when to sit tight and wait for progress in the selling process. I throughly recommend WHBrown Reepham for whatever service it is they offer that you need. We only completed before Christmas due their commitment. Thank you all at WHBrown????????

I believe it was Courtney, Jonny and Tara who had helped me and were very informative with the questions I had to ask.

We couldn’t have asked for better people to guide us through both events than the team at Warners Estate Agents Wymondham. With our sale, Dominic, Sue, and the whole team made us feel supported, reassured and genuinely cared for. It proved to be very stressful at times, but they handled everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism and that meant so much We also bought our new home through Warners, Amanda was fantastic. She was friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable, making the entire experience feel exciting instead of overwhelming. 10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)According to Google moving house is the third most difficult life event, but the team at Watson were wonderfully supportive through the whole process. From taking photos at the beginning to finally handing over the keys to the new owner they were always there with kindly help. They were there to advise and assist with the several problems that arose by being in a chain of buyers and sellers. Often a member of the team would provide information to facilitate progress to the next stage even if it did not directly involve them. We are very grateful for their friendly advice and efforts.

We were fortunate to work with them on both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new home, and the process was seamless on both counts. Will Mullan was our main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, despite the fact that to this day we have not met in person because of the pandemic! The whole experience was really positive (aided hugely by the lovely couple who sold us the house); with no games being played and clear communication throughout, which I really value. Sadly this has not always been our experience elsewhere! Whenever we had a question, Will was available on email or on the phone. His colleagues who showed us the house and brought us the keys on moving day were also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.

Of the three agents that I initially considered, Alex Parish demonstrated the greatest local knowledge and the best understanding of my requirements. I have no regrets about my decision to commission them. Throughout the whole process, from the initial planning session to the completion of my sale, Alex and his colleagues were professional, reliable and always did whatever we had agreed. Their communications were clear and they were responsive to all of my questions or concerns. They were supportive to me personally and showed a good understanding of all aspects of the sales process as well its legalities and practicalities. I recommend Whitley Parish without any reservations.
