I thought that finding a property at short notice that ticks every box would be quite difficult, but not only did she recommend a great property, she went above and beyond to ensure those boxes were ticked. This is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent and I’d be more than happy to recommend her and WHB to those needing their services. Thankyou!
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)If it had not been for the wonderful assistance given to us by Hannah and Alicia at Watton branch this sale would never have reached exchange. Alicia helped us through the initial process with completion of the online forms which would have been a nightmare without her. Hannah relentlessly and efficiently progressed the process in spite of the many obstacles, delays and difficulties which the conveyancers/solicitors caused. Thank you to all at Watton branch.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.- 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Lorraine and her team have been very professional and proactive throughout! They achieved nearly 30 viewings in less than 2 months, before the house went under offer. They have a very positive attitude and have always been really helpful and supportive! They have been extremely good at keeping me updated, nothing was too much trouble! They have always been very friendly and welcoming! They have managed to achieve a successful and smooth sale! My sister and I dealt mainly with Mati, who was brilliant throughout – always happy to help, quick to respond, and made a process that could have been really stressful feel so much easier.
