7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

Sam was excellent and kept us well informed throughout the process, he was happy to help with any questions or anything we where not sure of as this was are first time renting. A huge thank u to Sam for all his help.

They have a very positive attitude and have always been really helpful and supportive! They have been extremely good at keeping me updated, nothing was too much trouble! My sister and I dealt mainly with Mati, who was brilliant throughout – always happy to help, quick to respond, and made a process that could have been really stressful feel so much easier. The whole team were friendly, professional, and clearly know the local market well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area. When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!

We loved the way sefftons arranged our viewing appointment, having a 1:1 viewing appointment was much more pleasant! Instead of 1 agent and 10 other people viewing the property at the same time.

Even before finding our home, Molly was checking in with us regularly. They advocated for us throughout the whole process, always welcomed when we wanted to view the house again and made the whole buying process stress free even when our selling process was a bit harder.<br>I have never come across an estate agent as good as location location and if we were to sell in the future, we would with no doubt, go with them.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home
