7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.
8th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)No one could have worked harder to get our sale through! Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination. Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell. Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity. Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!
6th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We sold two properties through Abbots quickly and without problems. Josh was knowledgeable about the local area, professional and friendly. Did a much better job than the more expensive agent we tried previously.

16th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)We would highly recommend jackson-stops estate agents, based on the sale of our house. With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.
5th May 2026 (4 days ago)We decided to market our property through Spalding & Co. Ltd. after considering several other local agents. Mario (Residential Manager) impressed us with his marketing appraisal and sales approach. He is extremely courteous and has great enthusiasm. We were very happy with the brochure Spalding & Co. Ltd. produced. The quality of the photographs taken by John were excellent. He even took the time on the external shots to avoid shadows from the clouds! Charley (Sales Negotiator/Administrator) conducted the majority of the viewings and was our point of contact thereafter. Charley was great, diligently following up after viewings and providing us with feedback. She also dealt swiftly with any matters arising in the sales process. Charley has a friendly, cheery nature and it was always a pleasure to speak with her. Rose (Director) was also proactive and efficient in assisting with the sale process when needed. In summary we received exemplary service from the whole team at Spalding & Co. Ltd. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property in the area.

From the initial viewing right through to exchange, she was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble—she was incredibly helpful in arranging access to the property so we could measure up, double-check details, and get a real feel for the space. She also went the extra mile in helping us find answers to all sorts of questions (even down to things like paint colours), which made a big difference. Thank you so much, Karen, for your support and professionalism.
