I thought that finding a property at short notice that ticks every box would be quite difficult, but not only did she recommend a great property, she went above and beyond to ensure those boxes were ticked. This is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent and I’d be more than happy to recommend her and WHB to those needing their services. Thankyou!

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. He has been professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. I really appreciate his communication and support so far and would definitely recommend Harry to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent.

The agent working with us has been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble really taking the time to get to know us and understanding our needs as a family. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

From our first visit they were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - even a viewing at short notice. Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.
