7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)They are very very rude thats all i can say. They came to measure and the girl came in with dirty feet and got mess on my back bedroom carpet which i have never mentioned to them. I dumped them them because they kept askung us to drop the price of our house. They said if i used another agent ud have to mention the one lady who came round to view our house. I was subsequently told by a female nember if staff that there was no way this lady would have brought our house. They are very very rude, and they lock you into a 20 week contract without telling you, so make sure you read the contract. We would never use fox and sons again ever. We will be putting our house back up for sale in a couple if years time, but we wont be using this agent. A couple of the female in there are very rude.

During the final stages of contract exchange and completion, their advice and assistance were invaluable, particularly as I was away from Yeovil at the time, preventing potential delays. They also provided support to my wife in completing necessary documentation. Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.- 3rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Anthony and Christina were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.

Unfortunately the house I am buying is not through them but I can’t fault them at all they put up with all my emails and viewing requests!<br>I would definitely recommend and use in the future. 1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.
