They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . 29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I went into the branch today to arrange a viewing. Later I received a confirmation email followed immediately by an email saying the viewing had been cancelled. I've emailed, left a voicemail and tried calling several times. No answer, no response and apparently no viewing.....?

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Terrible service. Consistantly delaying in serving a Section 8 notice. Poor communication at Yeovil Branch leval. Say they are going to take action and feedback then do nothing and ignore messages sent. Dont go near them if you want your property managed or sold!!!

Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.

Finding a property in such a tight and competitive market seemed like a real challenge, but they managed to find us the perfect house. It meets all our expectations, and honestly, it even has more than we could have hoped for!<br><br>They were efficient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!

1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man

19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)After 17 months trying to sell with 3 different consecutive agents (traditional) I decided to take a chance with an innovative agent as you describe yourselves. I asked a lady who had just sold with you and she was encouraging. My agent arrived Tuesday, photographed Thursday, checked ok Sunday and advertised Monday. Immediately I had 2 viewings Friday before 10am. By 2.30 pm I had an offer which I accepted. All in 10 days.
6th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Rosie Marlow is everything you should expect from an estate agent ,sadly experience has been very poor. Rosie is very proactive ,knowledgeable,enthusiastic and has made the process of selling our apartment relatively stress free upto now.

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.
