Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
11th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have used NS Estates twice to sell my rental properties as I have now retired. The staff are friendly and will do every thing necessary to provide a smooth path to a sale in a timely manner
2nd Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.

3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

You've always been quick to respond to any issues or questions I’ve had, and the way you handle repairs or maintenance requests is impressive. Your professionalism and attention to detail have made my stay incredibly smooth and hassle-free despite the attitude of the Landlord. I truly appreciate how easy you’ve made everything and how your organisation valued me and my family. It’s been a pleasure renting the apartment through you.
