After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Buyers of properties should beware of Clarke Munro Middlesbrough Branch. This is a terrible estate agent with whom I regret buying a property with a sitting tenant through them. They provided incomplete and falsified information about this sitting tenant prior to the conclusion of my purchase of the property. After the exchange of contracts, it turned out that the tenant owed 5 months' rent and had also prevented my agents from gaining access to the property. I'm currently in the process of evicting the tenant from the property, which has resulted in huge financial costs and uncertainty for me.

Right from the property search, they took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. They didn’t just show us homes; they went above and beyond by helping us connect with trusted solicitors and mortgage advisers, which made the entire journey feel seamless and well-supported. He was very tactful in explaining how he arrived at his valuation ( as the property needed major updating) and suggested that the auction route might be a good option. The picture and drone footage on the listing were very good. As we decided on the auction route we didn't really need to speak to Smith and Friends after the listing went live.

They kept in touch regularly and suggested different approaches. Sales progression process didn’t seem to add a lot as it often just duplicated information from the solicitor.
