I’m very happy with their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
8th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I’m leaving this negative review because I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Hollie, the property manager at the time. I understand she no longer works there, but during that year she was a TLC employee and responsible for managing the property. Unfortunately, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and communication was very difficult. On several occasions I felt my complaints were not taken seriously. The most frustrating moment was being told that the landlord had refused to carry out certain repairs, which I later discovered was not accurate.

A special mention goes to Selen Hurbas, who is incredibly responsive, efficient, and always on hand to help. Communication is consistently clear, and any issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. 12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
