24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Very smooth selling process from Harry and the team. They kept in contact, answered questions quickly, and went above and beyond, such as reading meters for completion date (I live a long distance away from house).
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.

Always happy to help and responded quickly to queries, even went the extra mile to pass on important information to the purchaser after the sale had gone through - highly recommend!

All three are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. They worked tirelessly to sell my property and kept me informed of any interest shown by potential buyers and on viewings and feedback. Overall a highly professional yet friendly service. Would definitely recommend the company.
