Antony was really kind and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially during such a stressful time trying to find housing in London.<br><br>Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Nothing felt forced or like a “quick sale”, unlike previous experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism and support he provided throughout.<br><br>Towards the end of the process, Salva was also on hand to assist with finalising my move and was very helpful, polite and professional.<br><br>I would highly recommend City Deals for their Expertise, support, and services.<br><br>Thanks again to Antony, Salva and the team for making what could have been a very stressful experience much easier ?

24th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Michael at Aston Rowe. I’ll admit I was initially quite wary of estate agents, as I had always had the impression that the main priority was securing the sale and commission, but Michael completely changed that perception for me.<br><br>From the beginning, he really listened to what I liked and disliked and was always genuine and straightforward with me. I never felt pressured into making a decision, and I genuinely felt that he wanted to help me find the right property rather than simply make a sale.<br><br>My situation also had a few more moving parts than a straightforward purchase, and Michael was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the whole process. He followed up closely, kept things moving where he could, and often went above and beyond to help.<br><br>What I especially appreciated was how approachable he was. He would always reassure me that there was no such thing as a silly question and to just ask him anything, and he would always do his best to assist or find out the answer for me. That made what could have been quite a stressful process feel a lot easier.<br><br>Overall, Michael was sincere, responsive and genuinely supportive from beginning to end. I’m really happy with my new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
6th May 2022 (4 years ago)Their knowledge of the market and research of similar properties was very accurate. We received two offers within the first few days, and another offer at full asking price within 2 weeks.
30th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.- 4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Lovely agents, with a high level of professionalism. Stephanie was very helpful and forthcoming, with great knowledge about the local area. Helyn was pro-active in ensuring the transaction moved along smoothly, which is invaluable.
