They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

21st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I bought my house through Andrew Nunn over 20 years ago and have relied on Katherine and her team on the lettings side of the business for the last 12 years. They have just a small, stable team and have provided a very professional service, trustworthy and always acting with integrity. They have consistently found me good tenants and with no empty breaks during that 12 years. The experience has been far better than the big-name agencies in the personal service they provide. I would never have any hesitancy in recommending Andrew Nunn.

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had a traumatic experience with Aston Rowe. As a suggestion, just be cautious of any property being advertised by them.<br><br>Denis showed me the place and did answer questions honestly about the property. The property had so many issues, don’t even know where to begin. The property was on Lynton Road. There was a gas leak the day I moved in. And then had to move out immediately into an Airbnb, cost borne by me. This was despite the fact I was given gas certificate. The gas cooker was so old that it caused gas leak. Charlie, the head of letting, was so complacent in doing his job and didn’t take anything raised seriously.<br><br>The property wasn’t professionally cleaned. The flush wasn’t working properly for 2 months. The heating wasn’t working and I had to get it fixed. The toilet seat was broken. The whole WC had to be replaced. I left within 6 months.<br><br>And their property management is a joke.Alix was on leave for 1 month and there was no one to cover. I had no water situation twice and fuse shorting once and she replied after she came back from her leaves. There is no sense of urgency and care, just don’t want to work. The Owners were the worst. They took weeks to okay the smallest request, especially relating to toilet flush which is a matter of basic hygiene. They cheaped out on everything. All the furniture was broken which you would only know when you start using it. And when you asked to replace, they said just throw it in the garage.<br><br>To sum up, if you are looking to rent into that area, NEVER EVER consider ASTON ROWE.

30th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.
