They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

21st Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. I hope I won't be moving again for some time but if I have to, there will be no hesitation in my choice. Thank you, Go View London!
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I had such a positive experience with this management company. As an international person, they were able to flexible with me and a move in date while my money was being transferred in. They responded to every (there were just a few) maintenance requests... and they were even proactive about maintenance issues. Once or twice during my five months stay they emailed and said they would be in the area that day and I could submit issues to be taken care of (a small but helpful gesture!). From renting to ending, they were kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. I highly recommend them, especially for a shorter let in London.

They were consistently professional, polite, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout my time in the property. Their communication was always clear and prompt, and they handled everything in a very efficient and reassuring way. 24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They arranged viewings quickly, provided honest advice, and never once pressured me. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I genuinely felt they had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

Although we ultimately did not secure a tenant, Michael consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to provide straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily in his own commercial interest. Michael took the time to review applicant information, discuss concerns in detail, and provide honest feedback rather than simply encouraging me to accept unsuitable tenants. I always felt that he was looking at the bigger picture and helping me make informed decisions. When another agency refused to return my property keys, Go View stepped in and collected them on my behalf, despite having no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Michael was always approachable, responsive, and willing to make time for a phone call when I needed guidance. His honesty and practical advice gave me confidence throughout what was often a challenging process. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Go View to other landlords and would certainly consider them again in the future, including when the time comes to sell my property. 6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I have dealt with estate agents for the last 8 years, roughly once a year, and have, to say the least, grown to dislike and distrust them. They would always rush you, then make you wait, sometimes use you just as a bargaining chip in someone else’s offer. They have always made renting an overly stressful and convoluted process. Then we met Tay from Majestic Properties, who is unlike any other agent I have ever dealt with. He was kind, prompt, accommodating and very efficient. From organising a last minute viewing on a weekend, to taking our offer and getting it accepted on the same day, he has been on it the entire time. The referencing process was straightforward, he made our gurantors feel comfortable, he made sure we were able to move in before our previous tenancy expired, and has been available for extra help ever since. He’s very quick to organise a contractor to come in for extra installations, fixes etc, and never leaves us hanging. The only negative sensation I’ve experience during this entire process was when for a moment I thought it was all too good to be true. But Tay didn’t disappoint, and we have moved into a beautiful house, which as a bonus, is owned by absolutely lovely people. Update: a the process of moving out was also so smooth thanks to Tay and Elder, very nice and professional agents. Would recommend them to anyone.
