   I would like to leave a heartfelt review for Savills estate agents in Wilmslow, and in particular for Sarah and Lucy. Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach.    I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Jordan Fishwick, specifically Theo. We viewed a house and made an offer which was accepted after negotiations. We rushed the process with solicitors and others to complete the sale as per the Vendors wishes. However, a week later we received a call to inform us the vendors have accepted a new offer.<br><br>Theo failed to remove the property from the market even though we had provided all the documents, solicitors and mortgage details. We believe it was deliberately left on the market to continue attracting buyers even though we’d had our offer accepted. This situation could have been avoided.<br><br>Absolutely awful service!    Cherrie went above and beyond to answer my questions and allow me to fully explore the house on the first viewing of the property I eventually bought.<br>After both my initial offers were rejected by the vendor, Emma contacted me as soon as the first sale fell through, inviting me to make a further offer. Thereafter, she always provided prompt and courteous replies to all my emails and provided an appropriate amount of chasing of both me and my solicitor to ensure the sale could progress without any significant delays. Whilst the exchange of contacts/completion wasn't as stress free as I'd have hoped for, this wasn't any fault of Alan Lee. The fact remains that I still managed to move in to my new home less than 8 weeks after having my offer accepted. I'm extremely grateful to Alan Lee for their part in making this happen....
