Richard, Janet and Emily always responded extremely quickly, made every effort to accommodate our requests for viewings at particular times and were so well-informed about the properties-we viewed several- and took a genuine interest in what we wanted. He went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed and were able to view our chosen property multiple times. On the day we moved in Janet and Emily met us at the house with the keys and Richard also checked that everything had gone well.
