Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I have dealt with many letting agents in the past, and I can honestly say the service and care I received from Chloe and Danni at Leaders was exceptional.<br><br>They were both incredibly quick to respond and always proactive in getting things sorted. Danni showed us around two properties and took the time to genuinely discuss the pros and cons of each one with us, considering what would work best for our family. Even though both properties were beautiful, we never felt pressured into making a decision.<br><br>If you are considering putting your property on the rental market, I would thoroughly recommend Leaders. They clearly understand the process and take the time to make sure they are finding the right tenants for your property.<br><br>And for anyone looking to rent, I couldn't recommend Chloe and Danni highly enough. They genuinely have your best interests at heart and don't make you feel like they're simply trying to get another property off the market.<br><br>Excellent service from start to finish - friendly, kind, supportive and professional throughout what can be a very stressful and unsettling time. Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were. We always felt that our property and our tenants were in safe hands, and that everyone involved was being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marco Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
